Parent Coaching · ABA

From chaos to calm starts here.

You love your child with autism — some days feel like pure survival.
I help parents understand what's really behind the behavior, so you can respond with calm instead of second-guessing.

Four pillars of how I work

Practical. Individualised. Rooted in real home life — not one-size-fits-all scripts.

Holistic approach

We look at your child, your routines and the whole family system — not isolated behaviors.

Evidence-based

Grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis, adapted with clinical judgement and real-world feedback.

Parent-first

You are the constant in your child's life. My job is to help you lead, not to replace you.

Experienced

Years of home, school and clinical work — classroom observation, intervention, parent training.

Guiding your child to their brighter side

Most of the real work doesn't happen in a one-hour session — it happens in the everyday moments at home: the transitions, the bedtime, the meltdowns that come out of nowhere.

Together we look at your real routines, understand what's really triggering the behaviors, and build calm, step-by-step responses you can actually use the same day.

Start the conversation

The first week felt different. For the first time we stopped just reacting — we had a plan, and our mornings got quieter almost immediately.

What parents say

Families come in exhausted and second-guessing themselves. They leave with clarity, structure, and a calmer rhythm at home that they built themselves.

My approach

Four simple steps from first conversation to calmer everyday life.

Book your call

Pick a time for a free 20-minute Zoom intro — no pressure, no commitment.

Meet & understand

We talk through your child, your home, and what's actually going wrong most days.

Plan & observe

Diagnostic observation of routines — bedtime, mornings, meltdowns — and what triggers what.

Begin & refine

You apply strategies the same day; we refine each week until it actually works in your life.

What we offer

Three ways to work together — from one focused session to ongoing monthly support built for real life.

Behavior & routines

Transform mornings, bedtime and transitions. Build predictable structures your child can actually follow.

Private sessions

One-to-one Zoom coaching, tailored to your family. Clear homework, real feedback, steady progress.

Parent confidence

Move from reactive to intentional parenting — knowing what to do in the moment without second-guessing yourself.

Let's be honest.

No one prepared you for this.

Not the meltdowns.

Not the communication struggles.

Not the quiet, constant second-guessing.

"Am I doing the right thing?"

"Why isn't this working?"

Your child isn't "difficult" — your child is misunderstood. And when you don't fully understand what's behind the behavior, everything feels harder than it needs to be.

Clinical
Supervisor, ABA

Hi, I'm Leila Avital Feldon

Clinical supervisor in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), specialising in supporting children with autism and the parents who love them.

I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Special Education, with years of direct work in home and school settings — classroom observation, hands-on intervention, individualised treatment plans, parent training, and supervising behavior technicians.

Over time one truth became impossible to ignore: most of the real work doesn't happen in therapy sessions — it happens at home, in the everyday moments no one prepares parents for. That's why my work shifted to parent coaching.
